Gin Dom Poland

Gin Dom Poland was born from the idea of Giovanni Costa, who over two years ago decided to live in Poland with his family.

Giovanni has over 30 years of experience working in the HORECA sector together with uncommon passion, initiated in Taormina (Sicily), in the legendary 1980s. Initially he worked as a bartender, then manager and owner of premises such as: cocktail bars, restaurants, clubs in Italy and abroad, never neglecting the preference of mixology. Over the past 15 years, he has been increasing his passion, continuing to gain knowledge and experience around the world and developing his curiosity towards juniper distillate.

Willingness to discover and curiosity encouraged us to start this project. It is very difficult for those who do not work in the industry to discover new products, especially in Poland. We often have to rely on large retail chains, confining ourselves to the usual "famous gins". When you venture into the world of artisanal distilleries, everything becomes more foggy, more complicated. It becomes a fictional choice - "non-choice".

We did not get discouraged by searching for the most prestigious distilleries and using our experience and knowledge of the most deserving products ... and now we want to share with you what we found.

We want to add value to your discoveries and give you the opportunity to experience a new adventure in comfort at home, sharing our world with you and creating a community of enthusiasts. It's all thanks to gin producers around the world, and there are almost 6,000 of them. Often, small distilleries deserve a large audience, ready to open the door to a universe of aromas and flavors, almost always identifying with their territory of origin.

Gin Dom Poland was born this way, combining the work and passion of many excellent producers with the desire to try something unexpected.

Ola Szmida (well-known Polish graphic artist) was invited to cooperate on the Gin Dom Poland project, with great enthusiasm she started our cooperation and designed for us: the company logo, the graphic content of the website and the "Gin Box" box, in which we send your orders. All motifs are handcrafted and are consistent with our concept and the spirit of the company down to the smallest detail. We are proud and happy about it.
